The service itself was okay, but I really wish the prices had been clearly shown before booking. I ended up having to ask in person, and even then it still felt kind of unclear. i felt stupid for trusting that everything would be straightforward.

The staff at SmartStyle were really nice and easy to talk to. They greeted me quickly and I didn’t feel rushed at all, which I appreciated. I’m just kind of confused because the haircut didn’t really come out like what I thought I asked for. It wasn’t terrible, just not exactly what I had in mind. Everyone was friendly though, so I might give them another try.

I ran into a little issue and wasn’t sure how long it would take, but they got it sorted out fast. Nice when support actually… you know, just handles it.

I gave it a try and, some parts were solid. But then there were moments where it completely missed the mark, which was impressive in its own special way. So yes, there are definitely some hits here, just don’t be shocked when a few misses show up like they were invited

I went in totally calm, obviously, except I was definitely stressing a little because I’m picky about my hair. The stylist actually listened to what I wanted and kept checking in before taking off more, which I really appreciated. It came out exactly how I asked, not too short, thank goodness. Overall it was an easy visit, the price was fair, and everyone was nice. I’d go back.

I like going to SmartStyle mostly because it’s just really convenient for me. It’s inside the Walmart I already shop at, so if I know I need a haircut, I can just plan to do both things at the same time instead of making a separate trip. I don’t have to drive to another place, look for different parking, sit around somewhere else, and then still go do my shopping afterward. It just makes the whole errand feel easier, especially on days when I’m trying to get in and out without spending half the day running around. I’ve been a few times now, and it’s been simple every time, which is what I’m looking for when I just need a quick haircut.

I stopped by smartstyle sometime last week, and overall it was a good experience. The salon looked mostly clean, the floors seemed recently swept, the chairs looked like they’d been wiped down, and the shampoo area didn’t have that gross feeling some salons can have. It was a bit busy, so there was a little hair around here and there for a short while, but nothing that really bothered me. I’d probably go back again.

I’ve been here a few times now and, uh, the service has been good every single visit. Always a solid experience...
